Provides legal advice and counsel to System Administrators, faculty, and staff in areas of actual and potential legal liability, primarily in connection with representation of start-up companies commercializing intellectual property, general business transactions, and investment in venture capital and/or private equity partnerships. Works with matters concerning compliance with state laws governing technology commercialization.
